Since 2008 I have been working as a corporate and commercial IT recruiter. My specialty is recruiting developers and recruiting experts related to development projects. I have experience with recruiting for permanent positions as well as freelance roles. In my role as a recruiter I have always been responsible for the full recruitment cycle; Having the intake with the hiring manager, writing the vacancy, using different channels to promote the vacancy, resource for the role, participating in interviews to discuss the soft skills of the candidates and finally negotiating working conditions with candidates or negotiating contracts with freelancers and suppliers.
